Thank you for visiting my website. I'm excited to share products designed to encourage and inspire you to stay committed to your growth and believe in yourself.

I've been providing counseling and mental performance coaching for many years, which have included working with athletes of all levels. 

It's been a rewarding blend of work that I have truly enjoyed.

​

In 2023, I published The Athlete Seasonal Journal—a 5-month guided journal created to support athletes in strengthening their mental health and in-season performance.

 

Most recently, in 2025, I released VITALITY: 21 Steps to Intentional Living—a guide designed to help you boost your energy, find clarity, and pursue your goals with purpose and passion.

​

A healthy mindset can have a powerful impact on achieving our fitness goals. For me, staying active is a key part of prioritizing my physical well-being. I enjoy signing up for races throughout the year to help push me physically and mentally. Triathlons, Spartan races, and a variety of running events have been my go-to races.

​

In my free time, I cherish moments of laughter and joy with family and friends, nurturing my faith, enjoy learning to play the harp, and—most importantly—embracing the moments.
